Why the fuck do you press reply before even reading properly what I wrote?

It will on Top Gear this season and maybe on Fifth Gear.

what did he do wrong? Do you think he read "Veyron" instead of the "EB 110" ?? In that case, SL65AMG~V12~604BHP!!!!!!! ---> lazier than Jasonchui1 ever was ...........................

Btw; Jeremy did review it ... a blue one. If the EB 110 is the one with 4 turbos? Yea, I remember him impersonating the Italians: "then they had some more wine, and they said "lets give it another turbo!" ... etc. ....

I'm guessing he misread it, so it's not SL65 being lazy, just misreading something (which we're all guilty of on occasion).

yup haz... I remember him talking about the 4turbos as well... and I think FG did something about their factory, was really short though

The review he did of the blue one wasn't on top gear but on one of his videos...

I know, that's why I said that JC did the review and not TG....can't remember which video though .....

he didnt review it on TG. It was one "Most Outrageous" i think, along with the Motorworld ep in italy.

Indeed, he did. I also think it was not on Top Gear. I have it here somewhere in the middle of all of my 25gb fo Top Gear stuff. Will look for it.

This car is often overlooked. It's been left out of a lot of "definitive" supercar tests and such. I don't know why that is, since it's an interesting car, at the very least.

Well, Top Gear doesn't review old stuff usually, and EB110 is over 10 years old.

correct, but TG has been around for far longer than that, so its still a fair question IMO ...

But they've featured the McLaren F1, the XJ220 and the F40. Those are all pretty much around the same age as the EB110. I'd appreciate it if you guys tell me where it is in JC's stuff.

There's a video featuring the car running around the net. Fairly low quality, if I recall it has the jag XJ220 in it also.

I doubt they would feature it because it doesn't seem to hold a candlestick to the other more popular cars, or just overshadowed by them.

read my previous post silly. its on "Most Outrageous"

Well. It was quite a few years ago Dauer took over production... Is it still produced? I saw this amazing full carbon fibre body, no paint.. EB110SS outside the Louvre which was driven by Mr Dauer himself. God damn polished carbon fibre is awsome.

The last time I got information on the dauer cars, there was 1 for sale and 1 which Joseph himself was running as a 'day to day' car. His car had around 700bhp and spat three foot flames on the over-run.

Dauer has a web page with info on the SS and the 962 LM street car's... but I can't seem to find it via google or my large bookmark list. Although I could probably find it easier if I was sober.

I think its biggest problem was being to 'quiet' a supercar. Much like the F1, many people just don't see the beauty in understated hypercars. I, otoh, freaking love it to death. One of the best, bar none.

The EB110 was never popular because it came out at a time where people didnt want to buy unproven supercars. I read that in the DuPont or somewhere but it makes sense.
