Hello from barcelona

I readed in the old forum, that topgear were going to change their track for a new one, and someone published some images,
topgear don't change the track or it was a fake or it was fifth gear?

I don't think it would make sense for top gear to change the track, I don't remember seeing any pictures either. The problem is that if they did then they would lose all the celebrity laptimes they have.

no, they didn't change one thing about the track
except maybe repair a couple of pot-holes and maybe drawing a couple of more lines on the aerodrome, but the "timed track" that celebrities and cars use has remained the same.

There was rumours that they were moving to another airfield but they decided against it.

They would have lost all their track times for both the stars and all the car that have been reviewed.

Those pictures people might have seen were just pictures of a track that was featured in the 2004.07.25 episode in which a guy tries to parachute into a CLK55...
I never thought they were gonna change track after all those times had been posted by both the STIG and the celebs.

That's right. In a first season ep, iirc.

Wasn't it in the lambo ep?

I don't remember which episode it was, but I do remember it was the Zonda vs Murcielago video. Those too were also the first laptimes made there and there was a short presentation of the (new at that time) track. It was a clear sky and the track was dry everywhere, except the racing line.

And yes, they haven't changed a single bit of the track's layout since then.
