10, sometimes 11 (there are 11 in this series) and we have no clue for an exact date. Look at when they started last year for a general idea.

Well last year, the new series started again on October 24, however this year, they appear to be running 1-week later so I estimate the new season to start October 31st.
btw, that season is one episode shorter cos TopGear has chosen to be gay and put in a "best of" show
