I wasn't very satisfied with Mediamonkey, so I gave Foobar a try... and well, it really is that good, if you put some effort in it. I am right now in the joyful process of re-sorting around 50gb of music and I really like foobars simplicity and flexibility.

Right now I use default_ui with mainly fileops, playcount, audioscrobbler, album list, rgscan, run services and have album art downloader and mp3tag embedded, but I might settle down for one of those sexy skins, when my media library is ready in about a million years time:
