This one went reasonably well for me I think. I switch up my starter words but I only go for words with no repeating letters. I figure it helps me luck into getting the start or end letter correct first time.

Yeah... I was unlucky with chosing the first letter and there's so bloody many to choose from. Having that letter instead of any of the others would've really helped out.

Well, not quite out of the blue... my first guess already ruled out 3 vowels, so I had to somehow incorporate the remaining two. for some reason, this was the first word to pop into my head while also losing the two very common consonants from #1.

Yeah this one was sort of similar for me… actually good first guess but sort of makes subsequent guesses worthless, because there are so many possibilities but you’re only getting rid of two letters each round.
