Well at least those made me feel a bit better about my attempt. 
I didn't do very well on this one either. Sat staring at it for a while. Only getting letters in the right places must be some kind of achievement though.

Regarding yesterday's, I'm stunned you all managed to miss that often with only the first letter still missing. The actual solution was, in my mind anyway, a more obvious word than some of your guesses.
But well, it's not like I haven't had similar experiences on other occasions.

At least for me, this is often the problem… I tend to (consciously or not) prefer the less obvious / common word.
