WTF happened to my unlocks?!?

I went to unlock the game, for the first time (and as you know, you can unlock it 3 times, and every month it adds one unlock to your account, to a maximum of 2 unlocks at any moment) and the status was that I had no unlocks left.
Already sent an email, but any advices/experiences/guesses?

Huh, do they still use that system? Last time I checked they sent me an email or something like that, I thought they got rid of that system.

And I've unlocked it on 2 computers now, so I should have only 1 left.

To unlock LFS on your computer, start LFS, open the unlock page, and enter your username and GAMEpassword. Then press UNLOCK and LFS will unlock on your computer.

You see? Just enter your name and password in the game and it unlocks itself.

You have 2 left because they give you one each month, till you get 2 on the bank.

Went to the FAQ, and nothing that could help me, but tried the link to the license status on the FAQ, instead of that one on the top of the page. Guess what?
IT WORKS. All's fine, now.
