The new Vista build runs pretty nicely on my laptop. WMP 11 is included in the new build, but my on-board sound isn't detected (XP drivers don't work).
 
iTunes for me, just cause it's so well organised and looks great. Winamp would be second on list, started using it around 5 years ago, and recently just got the latest one to give it a bit of a test and it's still very good.
 
I love Winamp, but the new WMP 11 is pretty impressive too.
