(warning: Zombie thread post!)
Two cars... this is just too damn hard to limit, especially given the rules (current life, all that). Anyhow, I'd go with the following.
Range Rover - I need at least one vehicle with 4WD (living near the mountains and having a liking for snowboarding will do that to you), so it might as well be the daily driver, crammed with as many luxuries as possible, and room for the (impending) family.
Pagani Zonda F Convertible. This'll never happen in real life (obviously), but this *is* a dream garage. I must have a convertible, and I can't think of anything more likely to give me a serious case of priapism than the sound of this glorious V12 blaring just aft of my shoulders.

In a way, you have the best of both worlds - a sporty convertible with the torquey, inexpensive to fix Ford V8.
2 cars is so hard - they would both have to be classics though.

I thought really hard on this. For daily car it is easy for me,
it is Audi RS6 Avant (c6). With 570 hp it is powerful, with stationwagen it is lovely and most importantly not showing off at all. It looks like ordinary car that's cool.
choosing other car is little bit confusing. There is huge amount of cars I would like to pick but probably most enjoyable will be F40. I may not able to drive many of superb car properly like McLaren F1. I hope you understand my point.
