Muddy or snowy: Evo VIII or STi
Tarmac: I'd go with this
The Qu?bec developped and built Campagna Motorsports T-Rex.
If not eligible because it is not a car (three wheels), I'd also go with the Atom.

Burnouts are more common nowadays. :lol:
