Your Track day toy

i would love to get out there in a Lotus Exige, BMW M3 CSL, or a USA Formula BMW car (even the Mazda Star car would be nice). The Noble would be fun, but it is not as hard core as the Exige, CSL, etc.

If I had to choose between the Lotus or the TVR, it would be a hard, but I'd go with the Lotus (preferably an Exige). Purely the devil you know is better than one you don't. We have a very very tiny number of TVRs here in Australia and they are not seen at tracks competing in club level motorsport so it is hard for me to choose it without any first hand knowledge.

I'm thinking about getting a clubman at the end of the year, definitely pre-assembled since I am fairly useless at putting things together. Westfield or PRB...

I already have my track toy: Opel Speedster Turbo (or VX220 Turbo)

VXR not available on our shores unfortunately...

I'd pick an Ariel Atom (I live in a warm country, so the open top is not a problem for usability.

so anti lag?

In a way, but its pretty hightech. Not for every car, and you need a huge amout of power to get it going, 1.20-ish jigawatts.

But when it works its like time stops. Thats how fast it makes your car.
