Youth Player Evaluations

At a rough guess, there are more than twenty sports represented here in this Forum.

You need to be more specific or do you mean all sports? :rolleyes:

The following is a list of items you'll need to be an effective evaluator of young talent:

1. Short shorts
2. Colorful polo - tucked into aforementioned short shorts
3. Generic baseball cap - which can be worn backwards in the presence of urban youths
4. Dollar store stopwatch
5. Ear-piercing whistle - to be worn around the neck at all times
6. Large clipboard
7. Knockoff designer sunglasses
8. White socks - should be just long enough to look awkward
9. Brand new Nikes - must be blindingly white
10. Expensive wristwatch

Willingness to take bribes by saying such things as "Where is the money?", "Is the any monetary reward in that?" or even better "I do take bribes!".

My bad. I coach u14 boys soccer. But I found an easy way to do my evals. It is call ZoomReports
