Okay I think this was from Top Gear Series One (Easrly 2003). I saw this review on Top Gear which was a 3 wheel bike and when you need to turn the thing, the whole cabin tilts left and right. The rear engine also had lots of hidraulics and stuff. Pretty cool stuff. Thanks.

Well, Mercedes had to concept cars which had to do with tilting.

First one, the F300 Lifejet with tilting cabin and wheels. Compared to the Vandenbrink Carver though the angle it reaches is not that extreme.

The second one is the F400 Carver, it only has tilting wheels which allow very fast cornering.
