Yes. I believe that is what people mean by "The cake is a lie" I think its more catchy than "There is a cake and you are not going to get it"

Yeah I'd rather have a new Half-Life game instead of Portal 2 as well. But I enjoyed the first Portal and the second one looks amazing so far.
