Spied: 2009 Cadillac CTS-V!!!

How do you know? All we really have is the photo above and this photo of the interior:

Can't be sure if the interior in the photo above will be the same as the production vehicle though.

That was my sensible way of bringing the fact that American interiors have been pretty bad and I don't think its necessarily going to change now with this car.

looks kinda ugly if you ask me. There is WAY too much going on in the front and it ends up looking garish

I find Cadillacs (not so) "new" design rather horrid, and they've had it for some years now. I hope they switch to something with at least a bit of taste. It's fine to have some aggressive styling cues, but the time has come where all those "I AM A BAD MOFO, LOOK AT MY HUGE EVIL GRILL!" start to really annoy me. It always seems like these are cars for people who need to make up for parts of their character with it. (Look at all the rappers for instance)

I like how it looks. As for performance, I doubt it's going to school anyone. The current STS-V which is meant to be more sportier and powerful than the CTS-V got beaten quite easily on the track by the likes of RS4 in the last ep of best motoring.

How is the STS-V meant to be "more sportier" than a CTS-V when it is 6 inches longer than the CTS-V and 445 lbs  heavier. The only thing that the STS-V and the RS4 have in common is price.

I kinda see a merging of the Opel and Caddy design trends - well sort of, squint your eyes up and look at an Astra then look at the CTS - OK it is probably just me then. I think that the results of this car's development could be rather interesting, now just execute the thing properly decent engine and transmission, manual box option and please some decent plastics in the cabin, and they could be on to a winner with this one.

Ya dude seriously? the STS-V is more for people who want luxury and power, but do not want AMG's.

The STS-V is supposed to be an M5/CLS AMG/E-class AMG competitor. Out of all those, i find the Caddy the least desirable
