I have an idea for a thread. Go on to your local used car website and find a car that has a good price-performance ratio. I saw many Mk II Toyota Supras for no more than 15 grand (CDN) with not that mush kilometers on the clock. Now I found a really good deal: It's a 1996 Mitsubishi Eclipse with many mods and only $6300!!

My friend recently bought an SRT-4 for $8500. Granted it's a clone that started out as one of the regular Neons, but you'd never be able to tell. It's pretty damn quick!

Here's one I found. 84 Corvette for $4500. http://auto-rv.com/browse.aspx?AdName=4-340072

What is this, the SHOW OFF YOUR RICE thread?

Those first two cars are disgusting. I'd rather walk. :puke:

I wouldn't take the risk of buying a tuned car. Odds are it has been raced, and it may be less reliable. Just buy a stock eclipse, or w/e and tune it yourself.

i bought my GTX fro $800 from a local auto museum. however cheap initial price is running costs are painfully high
