Sure!

It was quite simple really, it was a RAW file so all processing was done in Camera Raw, exposure went down a bit, clarity and vibrance went up a bit, contrast went up +65! and saturation was down to -60 ish.

Very slight vignette as well.

I couldn't decide which one I liked more, here's one with high saturation...

The desaturated one is miles better because the low density of colours make it look old. Thanks a lot :)

^Jay, I envy you and your mad skillz. I love all of your photos, the style really appeals to me.

 You really think so?

Gosh, that is really neat. Thank you. Wow. I am for once speechless.

Martyn - Like the other's said, I think you made a correct choice of posting the less colorful one, suits the mood of the picture better. :)

You guys are going to be really pissed when I say this, but all did was point it and shoot, it was completely spontaneous. Maybe it was the right light conditions, IIRC it was September 17th at around 2:00 in the afternoon.

No color alteration, just 50% vignette and sharpen.

Thank you, sir! That cabbage...thing was taken at the Morton Arboretum.

Heh, go there early and enjoy the driving on the roads, especially the east loop.
