AMD 64 4800+ Dual Core, ASUS A8N32-SLI-Deluxe, 2GB Corsair TWINX-4400 DDR RAM - Dual Channel Optimised Pair, XFX GeForce 7800GTX OC 256meg DDR3 PCI Express.

All parts stock standard. I haven't had a chance to mess around with them yet.

Yep... I need a new processor :). Err, well... I _want_ a new processor... don't really _need_ one...
 
Don't make me get my friend to post his scores. :p He only has dual 6800 Ultra's, but he has a phase change cooling CPU and he easily breaks 20k on 3DMark03. I'm scared to see what he would get with 7800 SLI (I know a guy with that as well).

3dMark03 is soo old... :p

i do 6200 3dMarks (05 ofcourse), Ati Radeon x850 XT PE, Athlon64 3000+@ 2330 MHz.
And prepared to hit the 10.000 milestone within the year (Crossfire-ready motherboard :D)

I get a straight 10,000 on 3DMark01 SE. Gonna try 3DMark03 some time. My Geforce Ti4200 can only go so far... :cry:
I can still play NFS: Most Wanted on high detail though! (800x600) 8)

Okay, he got around 14000 on 05. :p
 
Retested my machine. This time, I used Coolbits to detect my optimum overclocking settings on my vid card. It chose to run my NX6600GT (stock 300mhz core, 900mhz memory) at 568mhz core, 1.04ghz memory. A healthy overclock!

Ran it through 3dmark05 again and got 3583...

Stock- 3197
OC'ed- 3583

My CPU is dragging my score down on the processor tests :(
 
It's an Athlon... multi is locked, and I don't feel like going through the trouble to unlock it. I've done a FSB overclock previously, but it didn't hold up too well. I think maybe my capture card didn't like being overclocked :)
 
You should be able to lock the PCI bus frequency. Also, Athlon64s should be multiplier unlocked downwards. Also, I believe stock speeds for a Geforce 600GT should be 500MHz core/1000MHz memory.
 
OK, just got my new PC up and running so I had to give 05 another whirl:

4485 -- X800 GTO Ultimate (passive cooling), A64 3500+, 1.5GB RAM
No overclocking whatsoever.....

I know it's not a super powerhouse PC, but it suits me just fine ;)

I think my hard drive is slowing me down a bit (I did a test by isntalling XP on my slower drive, tomorrow it's going on my faster one)
