Buying a Golf GTI V

What's the point of paying for a MK6 GTI when it has the same engine as the MK5?

I'd much rather save the money on a good MK5 GTI and have it chipped.

oh wait.. I've already done that :p
 
I'm leaving for the dealership in about an hour... I'm pretty excited!

Also today I saw a mkVI GTi for the first time in the flesh, another dealership in my vincinity took delivery of it, still had stickers on the rims and such... Dunno, it looks pretty similar, but right now, I'd say I like the look of the mkV better...
I also like not having to pay 10000 Euros extra for all that...

When I get home, it'll be dark, and I have an exam tomorrow, so I guess pics will be made on Friday!
