CAD/CAM

I'm not an engineer but my dad is so I've played with SolidWorks a little since he uses that at work.
 
AutoCAD (since waaay back with R12), Revit and Inventor, depending on the project. I've also used add-ons with AutoCAD, such as Navisworks, CAD Pipe, etc.
