ffdshow help

[LeMans GTR]

I've installed ffdshow in hopes of playing an flv file, but everytime I try to play it in WMP it just displays an error message.

Use media player classic or VLC player. My pick is MPC but alot of the others use VLC.

Yeah...WMP doesn't have a clue what to do with a FLV file.

http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ is a good player, plays anything without the need to install more codecs.

first make sure flv decoding is enabled in the video decoder config and then use MPC has your video player.
