What's that song? (Great Britons)

I was wondering if anyone here can identify a piece of music that was played at a certain part of Jeremy Clarkson's Great Britons episode of Isambard Kingdom Brunel. I'd look for a video reference but there isn't any on YouTube.

The song I'm after was played during the Millennium Dome, Crystal Palace and Paddington Station shots. Can anyone please identify it?
