Dunno really, we had a hard time picking names, since my last name starts with an annoying vowel I didn't want anything that ended in a vowel...

We had tons of ideas if it was going to be a girl, but it wasn't so one day we were just yelling names to each other, usually followed by the other person saying "ugh, next", until we decided on Kyan.

Apparently it's African and means "little lion" which I found cute.

Why do you ask?
