@Loz,

yeah collecting scale 18 really brings problems of space but you always find new space. Just throw bed and table out and you have new space for models :lol:
 
I recently picked up a CL600. I will post some pictures later or my latest acquisitions.

yap, I have to admit...I got by the scale 18 bug.
It was in feb. 2007. Over 300 scale 43 models stood in front of me and I was not happy. I wanted more. Not more models, more details etc.

So I bought my first real good scale 18 model.

you won?t find these impressive details on scale 43.
 
:). I'd knew you switch one day. I haven't bought anything for a while myself but I might take some pictures today of my lovely cars and my SLR McLaren. I knew someday that the 1/18 bug will get you. So much more detail in those cars.

I guess I should also mention that I had a Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano (Red, Hotwheels Elite), that I gave away after the McLaren-Ferrari spy scandal from last year (you can guess who's side I was on, then :p); and I also had a Subaru Impreza 2003 Solberg Championship winning car (Tarmac Setup, AutoArt) which I gave away after Toyota strengthened it's hold on Subaru Motors (I hate Toyota with a passion :p).

I apologize, once again, for my terrible photography, but alas, that was the best I could do with the equipment I had on me at the time :lol:.

Looking good. You need my McLaren SLR in your collection but I don't know if you'd be willing to spend so much on one model.
 
Hi guys! It's the first time I write in this thread.When I was younger I used to be a big fan of the small Matchbox cars.
I couldn't afford the bigger models but I still have 3-4 1/24 scale models - a white 1989 911 Carrera Cabrio, 1992 Bugatti EB110, 1995 Lamborghini Diablo VT and a 2004 Ford Mustang GT Concept.

I am writing here because I finally bought something off of eBay, that I have wanted all my life - a Countach.
Actually, what I bought is 2 plastic kits made by FUJIMI - a 1978 LP400 and a 1985 LP5000S Walter Wolf Edition.
I will post pictures as soon as i get them and put them together.
Do you think I will have problems assembling them? Any suggestions? (I'm a compelte noob at this thing)

Haha, I know, I know! I bought the Maisto before the CMC came out, it's definitely on my wishlist. I actually have 2 other CMC models on my wishlist which I hope to be acquiring before the SLR, so lets see how that goes.

To me, honestly, when I can afford it, I try not to put price as a limiting factor when picking up models, but obviously it is pretty hard to do :lol:.

yap, you need a CLS from Kyosho and a SLR from CMC.

I really admire your black CGT. I have a silver one but black is also very cool.

My current collection and space is getting rarer and rarer but I will keep on and in worst case my bed and table got to go :lol: :p
