Beautiful, but a DS it is not. It looks to sporty to be a Citroen, maybe more of a Peugeot. I like my Citroens quirky and comfy.

Suicide rear doors, eh? I like it. There are certainly design-elemets that will never see the light of day (like the too low roofline or the absurdly huge wheels) ... but stuff like the rear and the front could certainly be the next C6 ... and Citr?en would be smart to do so ... because it looks damn good.

Funny you mentioned that, because everything about this concept screams Peugeot to me. Maybe this is a rehash of what would become Peugeot's new 608 model, thought since PSA altered its plans and decided to replace the 407 and 607 with the 508, thus making the line like this Citroen C5 < Peugeot 508 < future Citroen C6 II, it makes sense that Citroen would harness the 608 plans and make this Metropolis concept.

Clearly someone at PSA said "We must have some kind of Merc CLS car since even Hyundai has gotten one out".

That said, it could well be a beautiful car. I think I want one.
