Clarkson: Still not sure what to do about the Stig

Did they put up a new board when they changed from Black Stig to White Stig? (Serious question--I haven't finished watching S1-S3 yet.)

They have had the same lap board the whole time, although it has been made into more of a prop, the times are the same. When they got a new Stig, they mentioned he is a bit quicker than the old one.

Yes but 'Needles' is old & wrinkly & might run the aircon/heater during the power laps which may effect the times.

Not to mention he'd be prone to a certain temptation to get the SIARPCs to say "Fifth Gear" as much as possible. (Tiff Needell does have another show to do, y'know.)

gotta be honest, I was thrilled to hear Tiff was involved with Danny Boyle's training.

Maybe they should do a direct swap, Ben Collins for Tiff, they're already half way there.
