Enlarging pictures with minimum jagged edge?

1680x1050. My monitor is a 22" WS.
 
This one's got a bit of artifacting, but it looks pretty good IMO.

I used Alien Skin for the resize.
 
Can you crop the top a bit more and crop the bottom a bit less. Thanks in advance.
