Sorry folks, we're not going to be getting this one... but the next-gen Focus, coming in a couple of years will be the same on both sides of the Atlantic and we should get the RS version of that.
 
This might be a good thing for the US guys or a bad thing for the Europeans, depending on which Focus is the base :)

The US Focus is still the Mk1, but with extensive cosmetic revisions. The next Euro Focus will be the Mk3, with the US Focus coming back in synch with the Euro model. It's going to be the same kind of deal they're doing with the Fiesta.
