It seem you have it, or is it being used during playback. Big difference.
Check right click -> Filters in MPC if its used or not...
If not, goto options, external filters, add filter, coreavc and then set its merit to prefer.
MUST work then...

Yeah, this files all work in WMP 11 now, no issues. My comp can barely play the 720p files but it's much better than before.
