2009 F1 Car Launches

Cool video, I personally like the high nose on the RB5. Could be my favorite looking car under the new regs :hmm:

That Red Bull actually looks very good. Should be even more of a looker on the track... and the last time there was a very major change of aerodynamic rules, it was an Adrian Newey design which was triumphant.
 
I doubt it will look exactly like that, but kudos for the video, RB's videos are insanely good...
 
The first shots are out, the car is out, and it certainly looks good. I'd say that it's probably the best-looking car of the "class of 2009".

Whether it goes as fast as it looks is another matter.

That's one big ass front wing it has there...best front wing so far say I....
 
holy Jebus those front wing mounts are tiny! It looks as if it's about to break off under it's own weight
 
That little tubing at the insides of the tires, are they standard? I've never noticed them before. I guess it's to cool the brakes, huh?
 
Nice one (or I got used to look of new cars). I hope the first race will be suprise and teams like Red Bull will fight for victory.

These humps on the nose are somehow funny.

Yup, they are on every car. Size depending on track - how much cooling brakes need at specific track.

Real Stig, if you think the front wing is massive, just look at the RWEP, they're so massive, they're ATTACHED to the diffuser!

Newey delivers on the looks again <3, beautiful car in my eyes better looking than my beloved Macca...

I'm so happy that they went aggressive on the design, the car looks supremely mean, meaner than McLaren's muscle car look.

Lets hope it's quick & reliable yes?

haha. typical. It's always got to be that darn RB gearbox. surprised it didn't happen to Mark though. :rolleyes:

I wonder if the chassis is prone to breakage and damage like last years. It was DC who was capitalizing on it last year, so maybe it won't be as much as an issue this year.

Is it just me or does the red bull look like it will fall apart if you just sneeze on it. I know it is an Adrian Newey car, but that thing looks really fragile.
