Would be too small for a 1:1 macro lens. 1:1 means that the image projected on the sensor is the same size as the actual object. That's orders of magnitude larger.

That is excessive vignetting and also the image hasn't got a very interesting subject, I think you tried to capture the fish diving in but were too late.
