That's actually a Ford Escort, with a truck bed bondoed or welded in. I've no idea what the hood is about though.

I absolutely hate it when people put those big wheels on and do nothing else to the car. Sometimes it's at least tolerable if they put on a decent body kit or a nice spoiler or something.

I also wish ice cream trucks around here had those wheels on them. Then I'd feel better about spending 3 or 4 bucks for an ice cream. We just have a rusty old van that drives around.
