Diecast Models

My CTS-V was $60 US.

A Z06 autoart online is around $70
 
^damn :shock: so this diecast models business is much more expensive than i thought. don't think i'll be able to afford more than two... :(
 
Yea, why i dont get nice ones as much as i'd like lol

Maybe 3 or 4 a year. Thats about it lol.

Just get the two you like the most lol
 
Ok I bought an Aston Martin DBR9 today, AutoArt. I am wondering if the doors and hood open? I dont want to force them, but there is a panel gap. Anyone know?
 
Usually they open quite easily. If they don't, then they don't.
 
Ugh well the door handels are snug with the body, like the le mans cars, but does SEALED BODY SHELL have anything to do with it?
 
Yeah that would mean they don't open.
 
Yeah, I've been looking at getting a DBR9 and a V8 Vantage.

Just haven't gotten around to parting with my cash. :p

I ordered the 1:18 Auto Art Aston Martin AMV8 on Monday and recieved it yesterday. Here's a quick pic:

It came with a missing rear "Aston Martin" badge so I have contacted the supplier regarding that...
 
Yeah, I keep meaning to order one of those. Although I would like silver to match all my others.
