Was a good ep btw! The awards weren't entirely surprising..but well..
The FQ400 vc Murc was a bit short but good nevertheless!

What'd they think of the new Mustang? I'm reading C/D's Mustang vs. GTO comparison right now, and coincidentally, these two vehicles are also in this week's TG.

This is what C/D thinks of the two...

GTO (Monaro)
Highs: 400 horsepower, M3-grade acceleration, refined interior, playful chassis.
Lows: High-effort shifter, hopeless pedals, bland styling, costs more than 30K.
The Verdict: A fast and refined player that doesn't inspire coveting or lust.

Mustang
Highs: Price of entry, solid structure, stare-at-me-styling, willing shifter.
Lows: Light and too-fast steering, giant steering wheel, occasional side-step from the rear axle.
The Verdict: The 300-hp pony car celebrates the potential of the plebeian and the popularity of its past.

Should be interesting how TG differs from this...

Hmm Richard said about the rear axle:" They connected the two rearwheels with a girder, so what the left wheel does, so does the right wheel"
It COULD get through a corner, although they didn't film it.
I think he kinda liked it, but he didn't like the suspension.

The EVO beats the Murc on the track!!
BUT the EVO is the worst among EVO FQ's. Jeremy would rather have the FQ320. The clutch is horrible, the engine keeps stalling when pulling away (trying to) and the turningcircle is nothing you would mention with your friends.
