Eurovision has nothing to bo with music. Absolutely nothin. This was the first Eurovision I watched and the last.

Jeeze, thats the whole point of Eurovision. It's not to be taken seriously anymore. Thats why Wogan commentates like he does and why you can have a Ukrainian Drag Queen singing weird, meaningless songs.

But that doesn't explain why Western Europe was so shocked that they lost to Eastern Europe. =D I think Eurovisions are taken way too seriously. And it is still a contest so I expect a "clean fight". It was disgusting and there was no competition. None.
Two of the crappiest songs got most votes because of politics.
Sure politics are allso a competition I guess but still... I didn't like the show.Now that I actually bothered to watch Eurovision once, I am more amazed that people and nations take it so seriously.
