Lens Flair

^I'm pretty sure you posted that before.

Really? I'll look, but I don't think so...

EDIT: nope, just checked. I took that picture a week ago and searched through all my posts in this thread since then -- not a double post.

Here's the Friday treat I promised. Silly kids...

^ We had that done to our fields on leavers' day two years ago. Except it hadn't snowed. And they used industrial weed killer  It was over a hundred feet long.

Yes they do, it's the time of year when they boil their water on the cooker, not by just leaving the pot outside in the sun.

Also from the other night:

I have mixed feelings about this shot. Can I get a bit of feedback perhaps?

I like it. It's great. But it's too warm in my honest opinion, too red and too yellow, I hope you won't mind a quick color correction:

As for the composition, it's quite nice, straight and correct. The exposure is spot on, and the motive is interesting enough that I can look at it and discover new stuff for about ten seconds (that's good, research shows that most shots get less than two seconds of viewing).

It's a good shot, it fits as a reportage shot, but why stop there? Do a full reportage, make a story. That would be a lot more interesting.

:)
