Definitely the hottest day of the year so far yesterday, so we had a barbeque. Had my camera and was just taking some random photo's and some turned out quite well. No post processing.

I've also started to upload things to flickr instead of deviantART just because I can't be bothered to export the photo's add frame and whatnot in Photoshop and then upload them individually when I could upload multiples right from iPhoto.

I didn't know critiques resided here too, especially in this thread particularly...

anyways, thanks for the advice.

PS: I hope you haven't neg-repped me for this too :p

Nope, i did not neg-rep you :)

Looks tasty! So how hot was it?

Thanks. I think it was in the region of 30?C+ during the day, which for Scotland is the frankly huge. But when I took that, it was about half 8 at night and still about 20?ish.

Man, that makes me want to move away from here. All week last week it was 36? C with a heat index of well over 40...

kickass bird kicks ass. He's so cool that he's just gonna sit there grooming hisself.

Jees, that's hot. If it was like that here, the whole population of Scotland would have been wiped out, yes some of us like the heat, but nothing that big.

Anyways, new day, new shot. Taken same night at the bbq one, just later on. Managed to capture the shadows creeping across the greenhouse before they disappeared due to the sun getting low and going behind houses.

Me enjoying the warm evening at about the same time as Salguod on Thursday.

Hehe, yeah, it was at the zoo. It was right next to the (short) fence too so there's no fence or any obvious zoo artifacts in the shot.
