The wheels alone are fine and the car alone is fine, but together they make an ugly baby.

I don't know how you guys can call that car ugly with those wheels, I'm just not seeing it. I thought it was a good looking old Merc and didn't even notice the alloys until you guys started bitchin. I'm sure you could find better looking rims for that make and model, but those wheels are hardly ugly at all. They look just fine, imo.
