Yep, now it is, at best, felony hit-and-run. More likely it will be aggravated assault or attempted manslaughter combined with destruction of property. If the damage is bad enough, and it looks like it is, that would also be a felony.

Interesting how that varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Here cops are all over Facebook patrolling for street racers. And the best part is that those idiots actively post their activity so the cops know exactly when to be where. Then when the racers post about cops hiding out, the cops see it and immediately move. Its pretty fun to watch the cat and mouse game while monitoring Facebook knowing this.
