Idiots + cars = LOL

Yep, now it is, at best, felony hit-and-run. More likely it will be aggravated assault or attempted manslaughter combined with destruction of property. If the damage is bad enough, and it looks like it is, that would also be a felony.

That was all over the news earlier in the week, the local cops knew nothing about it even with the video online for over a day....

Rednecks gonna redneck. What's notable is that three of them were back in their cars but the "lady" wouldn't keep her mouth shut and kept escalating.

The guys in the Hyundai probably had warrants or something. Why else wouldn't they report it to the police?

Police officers have the amount of web knowledge as a TSA agent...

Interesting how that varies from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Here cops are all over Facebook patrolling for street racers. And the best part is that those idiots actively post their activity so the cops know exactly when to be where. Then when the racers post about cops hiding out, the cops see it and immediately move. Its pretty fun to watch the cat and mouse game while monitoring Facebook knowing this.

That's because you live in Illinois, where they're all too busy taking payoffs from the Chicago machine to use a computer. :p

That's how Dallas-area cops are shutting down the would-be sideshow idiots, the mass street racing and the Ride Of The Century type idiots that were shutting down freeways on Memorial Day to do stunts in the area.

Few people have tried here as well, even when the ramp is a bit steep.. :p

At least two hits on the exact same spot, both with a Vectra. :D

edit: The second attempt went a full car length further.

So what happens if you park your car with containers of a suspicious looking liquid, outside a very important media building...BOMB SQUAD!!!

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/201...urns-to-find-car-blown-up-after-itv-bomb-sca/

A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: "Officers on patrol on Coin Street came across a suspicious vehicle.

"We cordoned off the area around the vehicle and a controlled explosion was carried out.

"The vehicle has now been deemed as not suspicious."

Another example of the terror hysteria.

That was majestic.

Spectacular, i'd say the least. He even landed it in the center of a puddle, so as Jack pointed out,
Perfect entrance!

Two of the most idiotic facts of the bomb squad are:

1) They using that robot to open can of soup in the morning.

2) Real bomb would be left unnatended in nearby shiny S-klass (cause terrorists aren't limited in budget anymoar)

Simple as daylight: to live in a safe world, we all need to ditch antiterror teams :p

Maybe but it also means the terrorists won..

If every parked car that has some bottles or containers with unidentified liquids inside automatically becomes suspicious, Terror. Has. Won.

Well. no. Terrorists have specific objectives. Getting Western military forces out of Saudi Arabia. Setting up an Islamic Caliphate. Irish reunification. Basque independence. The downfall of capitalism. The terrorists only win if those goals are achieved. Making people fearful is their tactic, not their objective. No matter how effective their tactics may get, they haven't achieved anything if their objectives haven't been met.

That's not entirely true, stiggie. In the case of (some) Islamist groups, for example Al-Quaeda (not ISIS, though), the objective is to destroy the free way of live that defines Western Civilization. Making us give up civil liberties is a good step in that direction.

Al-Qaeda always had specific objectives, like resisting the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan to ending the US presence in Saudi Arabia. I'm not trying to justify anything al-Qaeda did, but to suggest that they were just driven by blind hatred of the West and had no legitimate grievances is a gross misrepresentation. They were trying to achieve specific objectives in the Middle-East and saw the Western public as targets because they disapproved of the free way of life that defines us.
