1933 Delage D8S de Villars Roadster. Just Beautiful. Love that low roof and windshield.

Well, it's a carriage with yellow headlamps. Pretty nice one though.

White makes it look too much like a wedding mobile..

Trailer queens that are stuck in a garage under a piece of cloth all year are anything but awesome.

Walkin on a very very thin line between awesome and carbage.

For me its awesome because I love VIP-style cars.

I wouldn't have gone so insane with the wheel fitment though, and the music in the clip is shit.

raise it a bit and put real brabus rims on = winrar :D

Speaking of Brabus...

i like that S600, cause that is proper VIP style done well. brabus wheels would just take it back to german roots more though. =/
and the background music, first thought it was for ultraman or kamen rider, but i think it is actually for initial d? no wait, its for wangan midnight. =( song is either by TRF or M.O.V.E for the wagan midnight anime intro.

and it feels like the front window is more tinted than the back at times...weird.

I don't mind slammed cars at all, I think most are pretty badass, but I like when they're running airbag suspension. That way you could raise it back to stock height and not bottom out or destroy your bumpers on curbs and driveways. And then drop it back down when cruising around or parked at a car show or something.

Today at the local car cruise I saw this beast:

Hemi Challenger with a Kenne Belle Supercharger, front and rear coil overs, bigger brakes, carbon fiber hood, front splitter and rear spoiler.

Actually I agree with that. But at least the rules of the Pebble Beach Concours d?Elegance encourage the owners to drive the cars. All the cars have to be driven onto the show grounds to be entered, and winning cars have to be driven onto the stand to accept the award. Also, most of the cars that are entered in the Concours also go on the Tour d'Elegance. If there is a tie in the judging, and it turns out one car went on the Tour while the other didn't, the award automatically goes to the car that went on the Tour.

Being driven a little bit every once in a while beats not being driven at all ever except on and off a trailer. And if a guy has a one-of-a-kind car that is possibly worth in the eight-digit range, I can't really blame him for babying it.
