Not a B body, the Fleetwood is built on the D platform. Not sure what the exact difference is other than length.

The AC control in thatMerkurSierra looks hideously difficult to understand and use. Also is that a speaker in the dashboard?
Brings back memories of my dad's Sierra in the late 90s.
Nothing. The 85-96 "D-body" was a much lengthened B-body. The C-body was a LWB B-body. When the C body cars became FWD in 84-85, GM stretched the B-body again and moved the name over. No other changes.
But if you want to be anal about it...

Slightly over the mileage limit, but...

Again: Lots and lots and lots of B-bodies here for cheap, no rust.
Don't remember giving a mileage limit.
The same can be said about the GM B bodies. Anything that appears rust free and less than 100K miles and they want a body part.
I have family that is down there and have seen all of those ads. The ones that aren't overpriced are trashed inside. Or they haven't been maintained. I have some leads I am working on and if they don't work out I will get from down south. But there is no time limit, I have access to vehicles that will do what I need.
That mileage was in reference to what people think increases the value enough to require the sale of a body part to acquire the vehicle. I am not afraid of a higher mileage vehicle as long as it has been taken care of.
Not all of them are trashed inside, but what my budget will cover tends to be.
And this is to counter that.

$10 grand is too much for that.
I am very fond of the Z32 interior. Very nice place to be, and all feels quality. There's enough room but it still feels snug and cocooning but never cramped. My friend who just bought one is probably about 6' 4" and is a 130kg body builder. And he fits, only just, but he fits and he likes it.Is the Z32 anything like its successor interior room wise? The Z33 was one of the few Japanese cars I could drive with no issues after I finished growing.
I think that's a fader control stick. Also, apparently the cassette/coin holder I have used to house a lot of idiot lights
and a clock.
How is that not a normal B body? The only difference I know of is it uses more body mounts than all but the 9C1. They are there on the other models, just not used.
The LT1 was no different across the B or D bodies. And yes, I get that it is different, but as you even said, it is mostly cosmetic. The best part of it is the updated brakes. That is stuff I intend to address in the car I buy.
BTW, why did the dash in the Impala look like shit even when compared to the Roadmaster? That is one more reason I want the Buick.
Holy crap do people think they have a collectors item.
Yeah, I know. But, how many crown vic's/grand marquis have a center console? Surely that's worth the asking price!

Do you own a car without buckets?
The new series of FnL IMO is a bit more "side projects" like the Bar'nGrill, now the live venue, the big auctions and the dragrace stuff... I like the ones where they just build cars. Oh and the special 2 part "cinema" bits are awesome too (Smokey & the bandit, Knight Rider,...)
